The fourth and final episode of ”Diary of a Madman” is a grim one for Victoria Voxxx. After her escape attempts have failed, Victoria Voxxx must now endure the wrath of her captor. He waterboards, canes, and crops her. A double-zipper full of clothespins is used to torture her. They are pulled from her skin at her most vulnerable. Episode 4 shows the end of a psychotic man’s bizarre fantasy. He does it in a calculated manner with the intention that his victim realize his true power.
